Description

Add NV_SMA_SPI, a USB programmer for reading, writing, erasing, and verifying SPI flash chips on the System Management Agent (SMA) SPI bus.
This programmer will be used primarily by OpenBMC and legacy BMCs in the Datacenter use cases.

NV_SMA_SPI has been tested with the following SPI flash models:

  • w25r128jw
  • w25r64jv
  • w25q16v

  • Flash Erase
  • Flash Programming
