It would be useful if you collected some more information as described on https://aprilthe.pink/coreboot.html under the "Getting dumps from stock firmware" and "Getting dumps from stock firmware - Integrated GPU" headers (those should all be run with sudo/root)
I'd also recommend collecting the output of lspci -tnnv as it's easier to parse certain information from that compared to the full verbose lspci log.
Just a note, generally the best way to get a board supported by coreboot is to either port it yourself or pay someone to do it.

coreboot ports are board specific; a rom built for your board will never work in QEMU. That page I linked does have some information about porting, though it isn't a detailed step by step guide for any particular platform.

I'd be willing to take a look at porting this once you post more logs though I won't promise anything. Porting is also generally easier when you have physical access to the device.
