Description

Some CPUs might not support MWAIT(C6)/MWAIT(C7). Don't advertise them as ACPI C3 as not supported.

Is this possibly related to Issue 121 (https://ticket.coreboot.org/issues/121)? That issue revolves around crashes that occur when an ivy bridge CPU tries to use C states greater than 2.
