Lenovo X200 BT light is permanently off when UWB (3rd mPCIE slot) is enabled

Not sure if it's
BT_LED != UWB_STATE
or
BT_LED != UWB_LED (from slot)

(pretty sure it's the first)

But I have an Atheros card in that slot and when I enable UWB with nvramtool, the next time I boot the BT LED stays off. When UWB is disabled, the BT LED functions normally (and turns off when BT is turned off)

The config is as used by Libreboot, but with the "use default option table" off (otherwise USB cannot be turned on).
