Although [`forum.netgate.com/post/757917`](https://forum.netgate.com/topic/128870/how-do-i-close-a-ticket-on-redmine?_=1779705044597) provides a reference for a process that might resolve this, when committing code, not all issues need be resolved in that manner, so without an administrator present, these tickets shall languish otherwise.
