Lenovo X200 Ultrabase often isn't detected unless woken with it attached

Description

Again, using libreboot, debian testing with kernel 4.7.

On the ultrabase, the USB ports and SATA drive often isn't detected unless the laptop has woken from suspend with the base attached. There doesn't seem to be anything relevant in dmesg and nothing referring to SATA (there is some USB stuff but that pertains to laptop-mode's power modes)

Additionally the headphone and mic plugs on the base are never detected but I'm not sure if that should be another ticket.
