Description

I want to libreboot my ThinkPad X220, but my reads are very different from the Lenovo BIOS update data. I’ve tried reading both while the chip was soldered to the motherboard and after desoldering it. I also added a capacitor between VCC and GND, and connected HOLD and WP directly to VCC.

Does anyone know if this is a bug in flashrom or a hardware issue, and how to solve it?
